Welcome to Zinger Albaspot (zinger.albaspot.com), an independent node in the federated Zing network. This node is operated independently and connects to the broader Zing ecosystem through federation protocols.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Zinger Albaspot , you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this service.

2. Federated Network

Zinger Albaspot is part of the decentralized Zing network. This means:

• Your content may be federated to other trusted nodes in the network
• You may interact with users from other Zing nodes
• Each node operator is responsible for their own node's content and moderation
• Content removal on this node does not guarantee removal from other nodes
• Node operators can choose which other nodes to trust and federate with

3. Data Retention

Local Data: Zinger Albaspot stores your account information, posts, and interactions locally on this node. The operator of this node (zinger.albaspot.com) is responsible for data retention and backup policies for local data.

Federated Data: When you post publicly, your content may be replicated to other trusted nodes in the Zing network. Each node operator maintains their own copy of federated content according to their retention policies. Deleting content on this node will send deletion requests to federated nodes, but we cannot guarantee immediate removal from all nodes.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Not impersonate others or create fake accounts
• Not post illegal, harmful, or abusive content
• Respect the intellectual property rights of others
• Comply with both this node's rules and the rules of nodes you interact with

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you post on Zinger Albaspot . By posting content, you grant:

• This node a license to store, display, and distribute your content
• Other federated nodes a license to cache and display your public content
• Users the ability to share, rezing, and reply to your public posts

6. Node Operator Rights

The operator of Zinger Albaspot reserves the right to:

• Moderate or remove content that violates these terms
• Suspend or terminate accounts for violations
• Choose which nodes to federate with
• Block or limit federation with specific nodes or users
• Modify these terms with reasonable notice
• Discontinue the service with reasonable notice

7. Federation Protocol

Zinger Albaspot uses webhooks and API endpoints to federate with other Zing nodes. Federation involves:

• Automatic discovery of new nodes through user interactions
• Trust establishment between node operators
• Real-time synchronization of public posts and interactions
• Profile information sharing for remote users

8. Service Availability

Zinger Albaspot is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted service availability
• Data backup or recovery
• Successful federation with all nodes
• Protection from third-party node operators' actions

9. Limitation of Liability

The operator of Zinger Albaspot is not liable for:

• Content posted by users on this or other nodes
• Actions taken by other node operators
• Data loss or service interruptions
• Unauthorized access to your account
• Interactions with users from other nodes
